What are the hours of operation?

The Westland Avenue Garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


What is the height restriction for vehicles?

Vehicles that are over 6' 8" are not permitted in the garage. There is no weight restriction.


What is the rate for Special Events like the Red Sox, Symphony Hall, Fenway Park concerts, etc.

Our Event Rate is $25.00. This is good for up to 10 hours of parking.


Where is the garage parking office located?

The parking office is located on the lobby level, right inside the entrance to the garage.


Can I park overnight?

Yes, the garage is open and staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may leave your vehicle in the garage for as many days as you like.

I have completed my application. What is the next step?

Your completed application may be dropped off at the garage office, faxed to 617-437-0448, or emailed to chorne@boydsmith.com. Once the application and payment are received (via check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), you will receive an email notifying you that your garage access card can be picked up at the garage lobby parking office.


How do I cancel my Monthly Parker account?

Thirty (30) days written notice is required for cancellation of all Monthly Parker Programs. You may drop off this notice at the parking office or email it to chorne@boydsmith.com


Do you provide statements of parking activity and expenses?

Yes. Customers must come in person to the Garage office and present proper identification in order to receive account activity information. If you would like a payment confirmation emailed to you automatically each month you may request this at the time you sign up for monthly parking.


What if I forget my parking access card?

If you have forgotten to bring your access card with you, please enter the garage and pull a ticket, then proceed to the parking management office before leaving the facility. The garage manager will assist you.


What if I lose my Parking Access Card?

Please report a lost parking access card to the garage manager as soon as possible. Access will be terminated for that account and a new tag can be issued.
